- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package management with attention to detail
- Process visitor badges and maintain secure access protocols
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support event coordination for weekend client meetings and functions
- Maintain a professional, organized reception area at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
