- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Greet and assist visitors with professional etiquette and problem-solving
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain office calendar
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Assist with event coordination for weekend company functions
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
