Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision using our PMS system
- Handle high-volume phone calls and manage reservation inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and safety standards in lobby areas
- Assist with weekend event coordination and VIP guest services
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/reception experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) mandatory
