Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meeting materials and reports.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
- Support staff with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
