- Provide backup administrative support for weekday staff during peak periods
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and document retrieval protocols
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Generate weekly data entry performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
