Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend meetings and appointments.

- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with inventory management and basic office supplies ordering.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the management team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
