Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data entry across CRM, ERP, and proprietary systems with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process and reconcile weekly transaction reports from multiple departments
- Coordinate weekend document management including scanning, indexing, and archival
- Support month-end closing procedures by validating financial data submissions
- Generate daily/weekly performance metrics dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word mail merge)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual capabilities strongly preferred
