Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage confidential data into CRM and ERP systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Process and reconcile weekly financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Coordinate weekend office operations including supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Support executive team with calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation
- Generate and distribute weekly performance reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Manage incoming communications via phone and email with professional client interactions
- Assist with quality control audits for data integrity and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word mail merge) and Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for data handling
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms required
- Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site errands
