Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules and prepare conference materials
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and document formatting
- Support office inventory management and supply procurement
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
