Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate weekend calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for senior leadership
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain office systems including filing, inventory management, and supply procurement
- Support data entry, record-keeping, and database management tasks
- Assist with onboarding processes for weekend staff and contractors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
