Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during weekend hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend meetings and appointments.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office common areas.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the upcoming week.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or a specific weekend schedule).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
