Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms (e.g., Proof-of-Stake, Byzantine Fault Tolerance).
- Develop and optimize smart contracts for cross-chain interoperability and DeFi applications.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the network through rigorous auditing and vulnerability testing.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate Web3 wallets and decentralized storage solutions seamlessly.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, such as Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Maintain and improve the developer documentation and API standards for the ecosystem.
- Drive technical innovation to meet the performance demands of 2026-scale decentralized applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years specifically in blockchain or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Rust, Solidity, or Go.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, hash functions, and encryption standards.
- Experience with peer-to-peer networking protocols and distributed data storage.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
