Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, focusing on AI-first architecture.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and technical excellence.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing) into core products.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align engineering milestones with business growth targets.
- Establish scalable infrastructure to support rapid scaling of 2026 user base projections.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or Engineering Director).
- Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations from 50 to 500+ engineers.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strong background in product strategy and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through digital transformation and future-tech adoption.
