- Define and execute the 'Vision 2026' strategic technology roadmap, aligning long-term innovation with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, evaluation, and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3).
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to forecast technological shifts and their impact on industry competitiveness.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define investment priorities for disruptive innovation initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable ROI and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, business development, or product management.
- Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Expertise in emerging technologies, with a focus on AI, predictive analytics, and digital transformation.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering is highly preferred.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
