Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route all incoming calls
- Coordinate visitor greeting and badging procedures for 100+ daily visitors
- Oversee mail processing, shipping logistics, and office supply inventory
- Support calendar management for executive team (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements)
- Assist with new employee onboarding processes and equipment setup
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
- Coordinate office events and team building activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Proficient with scheduling software (Calendly, Acuity, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Discretion with confidential information and sensitive data
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for occasional errands)
