- Manage front desk operations including call screening and visitor greeting
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office equipment scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and security protocols
- Assist with basic clerical tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Support HR department with new hire onboarding paperwork
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
