Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing, visitor screening, and mail distribution
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across multiple departments using Outlook/Google Calendar
- Maintain office supply inventory and procurement systems
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage document filing systems
- Support HR initiatives including new hire onboarding and benefits administration
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects and event coordination
- Ensure reception area maintains premium presentation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask with competing priorities under pressure
- Professional demeanor with polished business appearance
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Doodle, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (multi-function printers, phone systems)
