Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls professionally
- Greet and assist all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Coordinate with building management for facility needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with occasional overtime
