Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire paperwork and equipment setup
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Support departmental projects including data entry and document preparation
- Facilitate meeting logistics including room setup and catering coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office administration or executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
