Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Coordinate complex calendar management, including scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Assist with data entry and assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors at the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
