Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for executive team

Qualifications
