The Role
You will be responsible for the technical health of our clients' websites. If a crawler gets stuck, if page speed lags, or if architecture blocks indexing, you will be the one to fix it. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes Google's guidelines and understands the algorithmic nuances of the modern web.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, indexation issues, and site architecture flaws.
- Optimize website Core Web Vitals, page load times, and mobile usability to improve search rankings.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement schema markup, canonical tags, and 301 redirects.
- Monitor and analyze search console data to identify opportunities for traffic growth.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies focused on high-authority domains.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
- Produce detailed monthly technical reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or custom headless architectures.
