Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 sustainability milestones
- Lead R&D teams in developing circular economy technologies and zero-waste manufacturing systems
- Forge partnerships with cleantech startups, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Secure and manage ESG-focused venture capital funding ($5M+ annually)
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure environmental impact and ROI of green initiatives
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor emerging climate tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or Business Innovation
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability strategy or cleantech product development
- Proven track record of launching scalable eco-innovations with measurable impact
- Expertise in circular economy principles and net-zero transition frameworks
- Strong network within climate tech VC ecosystem and sustainability NGOs
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) or carbon accounting (GHG Protocol)
- Experience securing green bonds or impact investment funding
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for sustainability metrics
