You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop 5-year sustainability roadmaps while ensuring compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute corporate sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG initiatives across 15+ global business units
- Develop and manage carbon offset programs achieving net-zero operations
- Conduct lifecycle assessments for new product launches
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and NGOs
- Present sustainability metrics to investors and board members quarterly
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability training programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability, ESG, or climate strategy roles
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA
- Proven expertise in GHG Protocol and SASB standards
- Experience with carbon accounting platforms (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau)
- CFP or LEED AP certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in securing $5M+ sustainability funding
