- Lead cross-functional teams in designing circular economy solutions and zero-waste systems
- Analyze ESG data to identify innovation opportunities and optimize resource efficiency
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions for sustainable breakthroughs
- Drive adoption of green technologies including carbon capture and renewable energy integration
- Report on sustainability metrics to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and champion sustainability culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with proven impact in corporate settings
- Expertise in circular economy principles and carbon-neutral technologies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks
- Experience managing budgets over $2M for sustainability initiatives
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across global teams
- Passion for emerging trends in regenerative agriculture and clean tech
