Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the 2026 sustainability strategy, aligning with global climate targets
- Oversee innovation initiatives in circular economy, carbon capture, and renewable energy integration
- Drive ESG reporting frameworks and stakeholder engagement for transparency and compliance
- Manage cross-functional projects with R&D, operations, and supply chain teams
- Analyze sustainability data using AI/ML tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Partner with startups and academic institutions for emerging sustainable technologies
- Represent the company at industry forums and sustainability conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing net-zero strategies
- Expertise in circular economy principles and life cycle assessment
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Advanced data analytics skills and familiarity with sustainability software
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive and stakeholder presentations
