- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the feasibility assessment and integration of next-gen technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness).
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of scalable cloud architectures that support global expansion.
- Identify emerging market trends and pivot internal development strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with a proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Blockchain fundamentals.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers and product managers.
