- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for emerging technologies to determine their viability for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen architectures, minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical stakeholders and executive leadership regarding project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions for enterprise-level clients.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
