Responsibilities
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technology trends (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to predict their impact on the market by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and oversee long-term technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and industry disruptions.
- Executive Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, translating complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Project Governance: Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with our high-standard ethical and operational criteria.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies to validate their commercial viability before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Create compelling presentations and reports for diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to non-technical executives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all strategic initiatives adhere to data privacy laws and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic technology consulting, product management, or senior-level engineering leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging tech trends to drive business growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
