Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the next 3-5 years, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities for our product suite.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical projects, ensuring milestones are met with precision and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor diverse teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Resource Optimization: Assess current infrastructure and propose architectural shifts necessary to support our projected 2026 growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering roadmaps for large-scale software systems or enterprise platforms.
