Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions addressing 2026 societal challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' on industry disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in behavioral economics and technological adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
