Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, quantum computing) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and predictive models for client board presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Maintain proprietary trend database using AI-powered analytical tools
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
