Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop predictive models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with interdisciplinary teams
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for client portfolios
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI ethics, circular economy principles, and human-centric design
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis)
- Proficiency with predictive modeling tools (Python, R, Tableau) and big data platforms
- Demonstrated success translating complex futures insights into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
