Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Produce visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable organizational change initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
