Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets

- Partner with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and roadmaps translating foresight into actionable business strategy

Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative trend analysis
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy and product roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
