- Establish KPIs for future readiness across organizational departments
- Curate external partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
