Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable trend reports and future scenario narratives
- Advise executive team on innovation investments and market pivots
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with global stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
