- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future product features.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment with strategic goals.
- Present complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Oversee the evaluation of new vendors and technology partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
