Responsibilities
- Lead the 'Vision 2026' strategic planning, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) relevant to 2026.
- Architect and prototype high-fidelity future-proof solutions that align with long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Product) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Mentor junior staff on the importance of foresight and adaptive technical strategies.
- Conduct market research to anticipate industry shifts and competitor movements up to 2026.
- Oversee the implementation of experimental technologies in a controlled sandbox environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing long-term strategic plans.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Extended Reality ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex futuristic concepts to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams through periods of rapid technological change.
