Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Craft and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for technology and innovation aligned with organizational goals for the year 2026 and beyond.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into technical strategies and actionable project plans.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and technological shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor diverse teams of engineers, product managers, and strategists to ensure cohesive execution of the 2026 roadmap.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting, with a focus on long-term visioning.
