Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable deep learning models and neural network architectures optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Optimize Model Performance: Reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for edge computing devices and large-scale cloud deployments.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide junior developers and data scientists, establishing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and designers to translate technical capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize data pipelines.
