Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers and engineers to develop scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends in the AI space to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for ambitious R&D projects.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating the ethical and regulatory landscape of AI development.
