Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our next-generation AI infrastructure, ensuring readiness for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines that can handle exponential data growth.
- Drive Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, mentoring junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems design.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies (3-5 year horizon) aligned with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
