Responsibilities
- Technology Foresight & Roadmapping: Lead the strategic analysis of emerging tech trends to define the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and Edge Computing.
- Strategic AI Implementation: Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions into core business processes, ensuring scalability, security, and ROI.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for C-level executives and product managers.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global competitors and industry shifts to identify opportunities for differentiation and disruption.
- Future-Proofing Architecture: Design infrastructure and software architectures capable of supporting the demands of the 2026 digital economy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and successfully executing them.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot strategies based on market data.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
