Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI capabilities, identifying key trends in AGI and Large Language Models to integrate into our core architecture.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, distributed AI systems capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads with zero latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development milestones.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead POCs (Proof of Concepts) for experimental technologies, validating their potential before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to foresee industry shifts and translate them into long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
