The Mission

What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning frameworks for real-time decision-making systems.
- Lead the R&D in multimodal AI models, integrating text, vision, and auditory inputs into unified cognitive agents.
- Optimize model inference latency for edge devices using novel quantization techniques.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers in best practices for reproducibility and ethics.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) to production environments with high availability.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
