Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical strategy and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- R&D Leadership: Drive innovation in machine learning models, neural networks, and generative AI applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
