Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of state-of-the-art machine learning models and frameworks.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for high-performance inference and training.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning of deep learning models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray) and data warehouses.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
