Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of next-gen neural networks aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead high-level design sessions to ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Drive innovation in generative AI and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience designing systems for high-availability and low-latency environments.
- Strong background in AI ethics, governance, and bias mitigation strategies.
