Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, multi-year strategic plan that outlines key milestones, technologies, and initiatives required to achieve our 2026 vision.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and marketing to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to inform the 2026 strategy.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource management to ensure optimal investment in high-impact projects for the 2026 timeline.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new strategies and technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizons).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) and their application in business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
- Certification: PMP, MBA, or similar strategic planning certification is a plus.
